At Sage Insight Wellness, we want you to feel completely at ease with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Because many of our products are print-on-demand or made to order, please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at ask@drlashon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
