Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since many of our products are print-on-demand and made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Shipping Times

Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days after processing
International: 10–20 business days after processing (varies by destination)

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or our print-on-demand partner's preferred carrier depending on your location and order type.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at ask@drlashon.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
